Check the essentials
Confirm your roll, repair or replace a struggling loadout, and bring your upgraded main weapon. Equip only the consumables you may actually use so you are not cycling past a crowded quick-item bar during a dangerous opening.
Prepare damage and resources
Apply a suitable resin before entering when your weapon allows it. A pyromancer should bring a dark option alongside fire. Check your Estus allocation and enter with full resources. More attack rating on the menu is not proof of more damage against every boss.
Give each attempt a purpose
Choose one attack to recognize, one healing opening to test, or one positioning habit to change. When you die, name the specific mistake. Repeating a fight with a clear question turns the run back into practice rather than frustration.
