Ashen Archive brings builds, weapon choices and practical combat advice into one compact place. It is a companion to your own discovery, with a focus on habits and decisions rather than exhaustive item lists.
The first edition covers Dark Souls III with three PvE builds, twelve weapons, ten bosses and six short guides. Every article is written for this project. The pixel motifs and terminal decoration are original, schematic designs.
How to use the archive
Start with a build that matches your preferred pace. Look up its weapon in the database, then use the field guides to understand the decisions behind the loadout. Open a boss record when you want a few clear things to practice.
The build targets assume the base game’s established mechanics and are intended for PvE. Your route, equipment preferences and comfort level can justify a different spread. No build replaces learning an encounter.
An archive with room to grow
New editions can cover other games while keeping the same compact format. This edition stays deliberately focused: a few useful records, fully written, with connections between them.
